October '22 PART 1: The Text Messages I love to Get

How are you doing? What are the text messages you like to get? These two text messages came almost back-to-back. The first one came from one of our young leaders and it read: “For the first time in my life I prayed with someone who just now accepted Jesus! It is so exhilarating!” The second one followed shortly: “I just prayed to receive Christ, when can I be baptized?” Wouldn’t you love to get those two messages one right after the other? In a lot of ways that is the essence of ministry – seeing those you lead and invest your life into experience the joy of ministry, and witnessing people make the most important decision of their life.

So, I could tell you that our Youth Camp and our Kids Camp that Moscow Bible Church put together this summer were a roaring success. It would be quite possible to report to you that we have had more kids in our Youth Camp than we ever did before, or that the numbers for Kids Camp were also close to the all-time high. I could tell you how proud I was of our Youth when I saw a “Dream Team” – a large team of teenagers that stayed after the Youth Camp to help out with the Kids Camp. Or I could simply tell you about those two text messages because there are few things in life that I love more than getting those kids of messages.

Thank you so much for your prayers and for your faithful support because it allows us to be in the front lines of ministry and gives us a view into lives transformed by the Gospel!

Yours in praying and hastening the day of revival in Moscow and Russia,

Constantin and Alexandra

  2. To bless our upcoming Youth Conference (Novermber 4-6) with abundant fruit of changed lives.
  3. To raise necessery funds and make a wise purchase of an appartment that would be a place to raise our boys and to serve Christ in proclaiming the Gospel.
